Stolen vehicle
My insurance company says they are not going to pay my claim on my stolen vehicle. They think my estranged wife has it buy she told the police that she doesn't. If the police don't find the car don't thay have to pay.

Insurance companies love to deny payment for stolen vehicles. It is very common for the insurance company to blame the insured, or some friend or relation. You can file a lawsuit against your own insurance comapny seeking a Declaratory Judgment that they owe you payment under the policy. It might take a while and it might cost you some money in legal costs and fees, but this is your best option. I would advise you to consult with an attorney in your area immediately.
