Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Missouri
I seen an idea online to make purses out of placemats. There is no pattern, just instructions. I've been making a lot of them and was considering selling them. Is this legal?

Any attorney will say, unless the "idea" is protected by a design patent (which only protects the exact look of the purse), who will complain? Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
