im 18 and im dating a girl who is 15 is that legal in the state of missouri?

Dating is legal if her parent/guardioan do not oppose it. But, sexual contact, sexting or sexually laced emails between an eighteen year old and a fifteen year old, means a possible statutory rape, assualt or abuse charge for the eighteen year old.
