Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Missouri
If a 15 year old girl has sex with a 19 year old boy is it considered illegal? Is the 15 year old girl considered a minor?

The girl is considered a minor. The 19 year old can be charged with Statutory rapde. If she gets pregnant, then she may be able to go after the 19 year old's parents for child support, if he cannot pay.
