Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Missouri
I'm 16 years old, I love my dad, he is who i live with. But i honestly think He cant handle having a 16 year old daughter and a 9 year old son we are hard to handle..my dad is 56 i think, and i hate feeling like i have to lie to him and i realize movig out will hurt him, but i think its best and its either i move out soon, or i move out on my 17, i would rather leaving soon though. so how can i get emancipated?

To get emancipated, you'll need to have a job or husband that can pay for your house or apartment, your food, utilities, medical needs, among other things. If your job or husband cannot pay for these things (without aid programs) your efforts are probably more efficiently applied toward making life with Dad better. That may mean living by his rules, so you don't have to lie anymore.
Good luck
