Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Missouri
I live in Missouri and I'm 17, which is the age of consent and the age I can move out. I'm dating a 31 year old and my parents don't know yet. He and I decided we are going to try and find a way to see each other even if my parents tell me I cant, and if needed I will move out of my house and in with him. I just wanted to know if on a legal standpoint my parents can keep me from seeing him or if at this point they can only, voice their opinions. I am not looking for opinions on whether its a good idea or not. I am just looking for the facts.
