My son was taken by authorities to juvenile detention center had his hearing on Friday is being charged with 3 count of disturbing the peace two counts of 3rd degree assault one class A and one class c what is the minimum he would have to serve and is it a possibility that it won't go to jury or is adjudication always involved

Juvenile probation is called supervision, if no priors, he will probably get that.
