Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri
My boss at my work wrote me up yesterday for a policy that doesn't exist in our handbook and clearly is an attack towards men. They forced me to sign a document stating that I agree to all of the misdemeanors noted or I would be fired. Not only that but they have created a hostile environment where they go out of their way to find things that are wrong with me or make up things. I got wrote up for wearing my earring at work even though in the handbook it states that earrings are allowed. Is there anything that I can do about this? I've had problems with it before and talked to my management and they just tell me to deal with it.

If you honestly beleive that you are being targeted becauseof you gender, you shoudl contact an employment attorney as soon as possbiel. You only have a limited time in which to bring such a claim.
