Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri

I just got a dui and had an interview for a job that I am very qualified but did not mention the dui. My preliminary hearing is tomorrow and I assume I have not been convicted of anything thus far. If said company conducts a background check will the dui show up on the background check?

You have not been convicted of DUI, only accused. As to whether the prospective employer will find out about your arrest, is dtermined by how thorough a background check they do. The arrest is a matter of public record.
