Unless they are part of acollective bargaining agreement,they are probalby at wil lemployes. You can probalby may fire them, if you are not doing so for a prohibited discriminatory purpose or effect, i.e race, gender, etc. If you are at all concenred, you shoudl consult direclty with a labor lawyer in your area soon. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation.
