Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri
hold out on paychecck
I felt forced to resign from my job due to the new CEO. I traveled for the company and they had me scheduled to fly out of towwn the next 4 weeks. I never signed a waiver saying I was responsible to payback the airfare if I quit. Can they take it out anyway from my next paycheck?

Under the facts you describe, it does not appear that the employer can deduct the cost of cancelled flights without your consent. That is, if the flights were purely for work.
Good Luck
