Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri
I honestly dont even know how to explain this. I have been working a security and Loss Prevention Officer for a hotel since November 2010. This hotel has gone through some significant changes and until three weeks ago did not have a Director of Human Resources. I have gone to Management and Human Resources several times via verbal and written communications that I was working with another officer who was consistently harassing me through proposition of violence and intimidation. The last straw fell yesterday during a sit down and I was going to give my two week notice when the officer said this, he is not surprised because he has the ability to see evil spirits that live in the hotel and the jump from person to person not only that but they always end up working with him. The last one was a girl who is named Tameka who he did not like because she wanted to do whatever you want so he yelled at her all the time so she quit and tried to have him sued for sexual harassment. I dont want to quit but where do I stand?

If he threatens violence against you, call the cops. If the employer has not investigated and addressed your complaints about threatened violence, you should consutl directly with attonrey stha tfiel abuse claims. There are many in the phonebook, and most offer a free or low cost initial consutltation.
Good luck
