legal question
is it legal of my employers to make me come to work without letting me clock in or erasing my hours in the computer if i do clock in?

Generally it is unlawful for an employer to require an employee to report for work without pay. There are some exceptions. The most common is where the paychecks are physically handed out on an employee's regular day off. I am unaware of any cases where the employer was required to pay for that time. There are a few other exceptions, but you will have to consult with a labor/emloyment attorney who has access to more of the facts of your situation, to determine if any of the exceptions apply to you.
