Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri

I have been suspended without pay "pending an investigation" for 4 weeks now. The company suspended me for performance issues. My question is, how long can a company keep you suspended without providing any information or making a determination as to what is going to happen?

Under the facts you described, it appears that you may be eligible for unemployment benefits. You may want to apply for benefits, if you are not already being paid by your employer.
