I have to write a letter saying why I should be able to collect my unemployment benifits that Big Lots is trying to not pay. How can I get help???

You need to respond iwht a short expanation of "why" such as "I was terminated or laid off" The employer would need to show why you should nto get unemployment. If you are still nervous, visit with an attorney examine your documents and hear the entire story of why you are applying for unumployment. It would probably cost you less thatn $50
