Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
civil litigation- rent and possesion lawsuit
got a judgement against me for the non payment of rent. was given 10 days to file a motion to set aside or a trial de novo with bond. judgement states that I can be evicted without notice. Does that mean they can just throw me out now?

It means the sheriff and a team of workers can come carry your stuff out of the apartment and set it on the street at any moment. If you cannot pay your rent, you need to find a place to store your stuff until you can.
Good luck
