Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
I co-signed a lease for an apartment for my daughter and her 2 college room mates. Only one parent was allowed to co-sign. However - I would like a document for the other two parents to sign stating that they are also responsible for their daughters portion of the rent, utilities and any damage which may occur. Is there such a document already in existance? Both parents have already agreed to sign such a document.

What you propose is an indemnity agreement. There may be one in existence somewhere, but you should probably have an attorney draft one specific to your situation. Good luck
