Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
My daughter & son-in-law were awarded damages in small claims court against a former landlord. However, the man is ignoring payment. How can they collect what they are owed?

They may be able to execute against the judgmetn debtor's bank account(s). They may be able to determine what bank this is by looking at the back of their cancelled rent checks. They may also be able to have the judgmetn entered in the limited actions division and/or performing a Hearing In Aid of the judgment debtor.
