How many days can a disabled person have before having to evict apartment? I received a letter for 30 days, wasn't notarized or court ordered, due to disability, I was in the apartment 2 days past the eviction time, now they are taking me to court for another months rent??

There is no set extension for disability. If you stayed into the next month, you may owe rent for that month. If you vacate prior to the court answer date, then you may be able to convicne the plaintiff to dismiss the case. If you can't, you mihgt have success telling the judge the reason you were late getting out, due to your disability.
