How many days notice does a landlord have o give tenant before eviction?

The amount of notice required, is determined by the tenency type. A written lease agreement will tell you a lot. If you have awritten lease, then look to it to see what period it lists for early termination. If none, then look for any listing of time to notify if either side chooses not to renew the lease. If teh eviction is becasue of a breach, like not paying rent when due, the period is very short, like ten days before filing suit.
If you don't have a written lease agreement, the period is based upon how often rent is to be paid. If you pay rent weekly, then teh period is one week. If montholy then one month is the period.
