Eviction Notice

My cousin recently purchased a home, which has tenants living there. He went and asked them for the rent or to move, and they replied that they were not going to pay the rent or move. He would like to move in the home, thats why it was purchased, how can he get this family out of the home?

He needs to file an action for unlawful detainer. he should see an attorney right away.
