eviction notice

i just recieved a eviction notice that a judgement was entered against me and the court has issued a ''execution in landlords action for possession of premises for non-payment of rent'' and an eviction has be scheeduled for 9 am on 8/25/05

If what you say is accurate, then a case was filed agaisnt you and service was therefore supposedly made upon you. If what you were given was entitled "Summons" or "Petition" then a case is being started against you.

If this is not a Summons or Petition, and you were never srved wiht one, you need to bring this to the attention of the COurt, in the right manner. You need to seek an attorney as soon as you can get one. If you don't already have an attorney, you need to go with cash in hand to get one to act on your behalf.
