Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
I have an ex-girlfriend that refuses to leave my house. Her name is not on the lease but, she does receive mail there. Any advice you could give me would be great. Thank you, Brad

You will have to evict her just like anty other holdover tnenant, with an unlawful detainer action. You can get an attorney to do this for you, or you might still be able to get blank filing forms from the court clerks, or on the court's website.
