I want to fine for an eviction because my tenant is not paying me a rent, he owes me May and June and he is always late on his payment my questiones are?
if I filed for eviction does he have to pay me what he owes me? also does he have to pay the rest of the year as there is a lease of one year? also in the lease contract he signed in cased I take him to the court he has to pay for court fees and lawyer? how can I make him do that because I want to hire a lawyer for this case
hope some one help me answer these question before I go and hire a lawyer.

As to the attorney fees, if you allege that the tenant agreed to pay it in the body of the Petition, and attach a copy of the lease, you will likely get your reasonable attorney fees added to any judgment you get for back rent. Generally, you will not get a judgment for future rents. But, some debtors opt not to come to court or file an answer, so you may get that as part of a default judgment. It sounds like you will be filing a rent and possession case. Please let me know if you need a referral for an attorney to represent you in this action.
