Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
Had a homeless family live in my home and left oneday. The left some clothes and a bed behind. The women says I cant touch the stuff that she will file a police report. They never paid me rent I want the stuff gone.

Give her two Weeks notice if your trash pickup day. If she doesn't come to get it, cask the police to report it abandoned the day before you put it out. You might also inform her (in writing) that your charging $2/day storage fee starting two days from the day you send the notice, and that you may have to seek the stuff, if she gets more than three days late with the storage fees.
