Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

Me and my husband and two kids have rented a house in missouri my brotherinlaw lost his job n house so my husband told him he could stay for awhile wile trying to find job house n car land lord found out he was here and verbally told us he must move out in November because he has a sex crime and elementry is within 5blocks and he owns a lot of other family houses around or he will kick us all out cause him being there is against lease agreement we want him to go and believe he is doing drugs and other illeagle activity and his wife along with him also stealing from us strong holding people and having weapons and such locking us out of part of our house and taking our car keys and taking off with our vehicles not letting us have them Bach n such I don't want him here and there are 6kids m house one due soon too what can I do I was told land lord has to write him a written statement saying to move out but I am afraid he is going to get kids taken away and us all arrested cause of his selfishness he refuses to leave and has scetchy people comming over and trying to let em stay too and I've cought him with what I think is crank what can I do to get them n their stuff gone so we don't get kicked out loose our kids jobs or go to jail because of him and he threatens people not to tell or he'll do Harm to them he has terrified my children by chaceing ther dad Dow. Tryi g to beat him up he is not or ever bee. On my lease dosent pay any bills,rent, or help out with food can we just kick him n get out
