Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
If I get a judgement in Missouri will I be given the option to have a payment plan or will they just garish my check.

If your are the judgement debtor to a civil judgment, there is no gaurantee that the judgment credtior will enter into a payment arrangment with you prior to attampting to garnish your wage or bank accounts. But, you may be able to initiate such an agreement. You are yrou attorney should contact the judgment creditor or their attorney.
