Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

I would like to know how to kick my roommate out that is not on the lease but has been living with me for 8 months and has not paid a single bill?

You beed to give the roommate written notice to leave. If he doesn't, then file an unlawful detainer action in the circuit court in your county.

You can file either an unlawful detainer action, or you can sue for contribution and possession. It depends if you just want him gone, or if you hope to recoup the money he should have paid. Feel free to email me if I can be of assistance.
