I assume that you have been served with an unlawful detainer or rent and possession Petition and Summons. If they take judgment on the former (unlawful detainer) then the execution (eviction by the sheriff's deputies) could occur as soon as two weeks after the judgment. If it is a rent and possession action, you mightr have alittel more time. You can buy more time if you appeal the judgment. That might require that you post a bond and pay your rnet regularly to the court whiel you await a trial DeNovo ( a Do-over in a higher court). If they do nto obtain a judgment agaisnt you, then the landlord cannot put you out, at least for now.
Good luck
