Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
My former lanlord wants me to pay over $3,000 for damages that she cant even prove that I did while renting from them for 4 years. Is this legal? Should I pay?

You should not pay for damages that your landlord cannot prove. In fact, there is a certain amount of time after you vacate, that the landlord can claim damages,or they owe you yoru entire deposit back.
