Assuming that your wife agrees, you have two basic options. If they pay rent; you will have to terminate their tenency. If they pay rent monthly, you give them a months notice that you are terminating their tenency effective in one month.

If theu do not pay rent, then you give written notice to get out within ten days of getting the notice. If they are not out in eleven days, you file an uunlawful detainer action.
