my legal rights

here is the deal, i have soul guardianship of my granddaughter. She was given a house that is set in trust. my mother lives next door. i pay rent to a trust . but here is the problem, my mother wants custody of my granddaughter, so she comes into my house looks thru my bills and mail and mailbox. when i am sleeping she comes into my house and takes pictures of where my family is sleeping. she is just trying to find something to take my granddaughter away from me. please help me... tell me what i can do or shoud do... i love my mom but cannot live this way anylonger...

Change the locks, and don't give youred mother a key. If you are a grandparent, you desrve the privacy accored to any adult. If your mother is sneaking in and going through your bills, she should not be allowed free access to the home.
