Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
We live in a house that my father ownes. we pay a monthly payment to a mortgage company that he has taken a loan against the house. We also pay the taxes and insurance and for any repairs needed, for the last ten years. If he wants to move back in here, what do we have to do, time wise.

If you are month to month renters, then he has to give you thirty days notice to move, before he can take the house back.
