If you have established residency, that person must go through the courts to lawfully evict you. You are due notice equal to the frequency of your rent payment. If you are tto pay each week, you get one weeks notice to move out. If you do not pay any rent, then three days notice may be enough. If you stay past the notice period, the court may find you liable for twice the fair market rent from that point on.
There are facts tthat change the determination of the notice period. If you are worried anout getting put out, you should comsult directly with an attorney in your area.
Good luck
