Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

I live in a trailer park and only rent the lot it sits on September we got a new park owner he istrying to evict me and take my house away from me (that I own paid in full) Says I have 5 days to get out of my house

I have lived here since 2006 He just bought park in Sept 2014 and has been nothing but issues and troubles with him since Saying I broke my lease That lease was 9 years old I signed new lease 1 or 2 months before be bought park He has threatened to physically harm me & my husband Demanded a key to my house demanded title to my house Trying to charge me money I do not owe him several thousand in actuality I only owed him 35 dollars We own the trailer house we live in but rent a lot in a trailer park , in September 2014 new owner bought the park. Had fallen behind on lot rent with previous owner. Had a court date but got everything worked out outside of court. Shortly therafter new owner bought the park He started saying that I now needed to pay him this amount. Tried explaing to him that we had already taken care of this and that husband had also worked part of it off. He would not listen said I now had to pay him this amount plus now even more money plus our monthly lot rent payment. Long with a bunch of other demands,such us a key to our home the title to our home. When we would pay our lot lent we were refused receipt,I had even wrote receipts out my self and asked park manager to signand she would refuse to do so. And the amount I 'owed' would change consantly. At one point he said the amount was $500.00 then a few days later the amount would be $19,000.00 then down to like $800.00 Then back up again. And we would get threatened by the new owner. Threatened with physical harm, ( that he would kick our a--). December his manager of trailer park told us our remaining balance we owed was only $35.00. Told her my payday was 12-24-2014 and I would pay it off. Christmas Eve am she knocked on our door woke us up to have us come to the office/clubehouse for phone conference with owner. During which was him yelling at us calling us names and telling us to be out of house by Monday because he was taking my house away from me. Told him his manager even said I only owed $35 and in few hours when I could get my paycheck I would pay it. He refused and told me where I could 'shove' my money

I ended up filing bankruptcy without a lawyer or any legal help. My court date or trustee hearing was set for March 31 2013 My husband or I neither one drive or own a car and hearing was about 40 miles away. I had a ride lined up to give us a ride but she did not show up. I called apointed trustee and left a voicemail of situation

I have no money money is very very tight and I cannot afford an attorney At least not any I have found

Today I got home from work and tape to my front door was a 5 day eviction notice notorized

He got a DEFAULT JUDGMENT againt me But I WAS NEVER SERVED A SUMMON NEVER BEEN TO COURT WITH HIM

So my question is

What can I do to save my house? 5 days is not enough time to find place to move to or to move my trailer. What can I do? Where & how can I get help?

And can I sue him? for the things he has said to me about me like the threats other people in park no longer talk to us because they are wrried what he will do to them Alot are worried that they are next And I am constantly having to take days off from work to deal with all this

And now he is knowingly & purposly making us homless
