A minor wants to enter a crop lease contract with land owner. What should the conntract state and do they need a co-signer on the contract?

A minor can't make a contract--let me rephrase that: Sure, the minor can write his/her name, but holding them to it may prove troublesome. Basic requirements for a contract are certainty of consideration, time, and parties. Have you looked online at some of the contracts available?
