missing court

if you are evicted and do not attend court but still move out can there be a warrent issued for your arrest?

An action to evict a tenant is a civil action. An arrest warrant coems from a criminal case. The court deciding a civil eviction case woudl nto issue and arrest warrant for the defendant in that case. However, if after a judgment is had and a debtor's exam is ordered, and the judgment debtor fails to show, then there might be a Writ of bodily attachment issued, which operates sort of like an arrest warrant.
