Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
In Missouri. I have someone that has been living with me for 8 months, and pays rent.
We do not have a written agreement. What do I need to do to evict her?

If she pays monthly, you will have to give them a month"s written notice to move out. If they do not, then you can sue for unlawful detainer. If you win, the sherrif"s. Depujties will witness you changing the locks, and the court may grant you double the rent in a judgment.
