Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
I own a moble home which my grd dtr lives in. she allowed a couple to move in to pay half of the bills, no rent to me for 7 months. I asked for money from them for 2 months, now I want them out, no rental agreement signed, told them to move in 30 days. Can't I just call police and have them moved if they don't leave? also he's here illegally from mexico.

If they have established residnecy, then you will have to evict them the same as any other tenent or squattter. You might do this by filing an Unlawful Detainer Petition. If you truly believe an occupant is in the country illegally, you might contact ICE to see if they wan to investigate.
