My mother passed away and my home was TOD to me upon death the mortage holders of my home
will not talk to me. I am getting behind on my Mortage because before she passed we were trying to get the mortage payment lowered because we were on a limited income. We went through a company about a year and a half ago who we paid alot of money to. They were supposed to get our payments lowered but they got them raised instead. I really need help.
