Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

Neighbors put up a large trampoline in their front yard a few days ago, family consist of 10 children, several cousins and nieces and nephews. Lots of other foot traffic. Mother, father at home rarely and so many kids in trampoline all hours of the day. There is a home Association in our community. Can trampoline be relocated to their fenced in backyard? How can one go about making that happen? I have already talked to the mother about it being in front yard, looks terrible but she doesn't see anything wrong with it being front and center. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Money talks. You can probably pay them to move it. You didn't cite any HOA rules that forbid trampolines in residents' front yards. So, there may be few ways to force the removal or move of the trampoline. The police may not be much help as your zip code has many rough front yards, and until they violate a city ordinance, codes administration may not help much either. You are most likely going to have to negotiate a resolution that you might not like, but prefer to the status quo. Study your hoa rules, and then if supported, ask the hoa board to intervene with the neighbor. Otherwise, you may need to hire an attorney to negotiate a payment arrangement by which you will pay them to not have the trampoline in their front yard anymore.

Good luck
