offered friend room and board for temp situation to her and her dog. she pays a fee to use facility and utilities including wifi, cable, and laundry. verbal agreement. verbal restriction, no overnight male guests because the space is not secured separately from out main home. can I have the male person she is allowing overnight, after repeatedly being told not to, arrested for trespassing on property or in house and do I have the right to put this restriction on even though she is paying a "rent"

Obviously, your friend had abused your kindness, It appears to be tiem to evict yrou friend. She broke your agreed restriction of no overnight male guests, an d sh ehas not written lease guranteeing her occupance. Send he a leter demanding that she vacate within three days. If the male guest means so much to her, he will find her new place to stay. If not, the n she will stop having him over. If this solution sounds too harsh to you, then the overnight male occupant may not bother you as much as you let on. Either way, it is unlikely that you will have to file a suit to evict her, as either she or you will more likely relent. If not, then you will need to file an unlawful detainer action in the county where the house is located..
