not pay lease

I bought a building that have a commercial lease on it but no contract from previous owner. when I bought this building on 11/5/06 this tenant pay me the december lease and then they stop pay me for january 2007 month. they ask me to reimburse the money that they fixed the pipe that previous owner promise to reimburse for them before my purchasing date. so can I evict them for not paying the rent for jan. 2007. how long does it take?. how much it cost? can i recover the jan. 2007 rent? will they pay for the cost or me? thank you.

You can evict them! It takes about 6-10 weeks to evict, depending on circumstances. The cost varies but approximately $750. I have filed hundreds of evictions, I can help. Feel free to contact me at [email protected]
