If the renter does not continue their activity upstairs, you do nto participate, and yrou do nto keep any of your own personal belongings in the rental protion of the house, it is unlikely that you will be charged criminally for the renter's use and possession. But, you may be liable civially , if ht ehouse is raided,a nd you ware foud to have known about the activity. You might face an action to attach or execute upon the entire house, if your ciyt or county has a drug eminent domain procedure. If you beleive tthe illegal activity is occurring in the rental portion of your house, you should evict or at least warn the renter that you do not approve or accept that activity.
