Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

I rented a house and I paid a deposit of $600, added roommates to the lease. Lease was fulfilled and roomates stayed on after lease, do I get my deposit back?

You have two apparent options. Cancel the lease with the landlord, so that your former roomates must enter one of their own. Or, you can demand a refund of hte security deposit from the roomates. If they refuse, you can sue them in small claims court for the loss of your deposit.
