Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
My renters got behind on their rent and I required them to pay late fees. This has continued for 3 months and they have not caught up to be able to pay on time, thus incurring late charges each new month. How long can I legally collect these late charges?

Depending upon what your lease says, you can collect one late charge for each payment is late, not repeated fees for the same ;ate payment.
