Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

Im renting a house and my ex-girlfriend will not leave. She gets mail here but, shes not on the lease. What can I do according by the law?

I think I answered your querry by telling you that you will likely have to evict her the same as any other holdover tenant. It is called an Unlawful Detainier action. If you need assistance with it, you may contact me by email.
