How do you get rid of a roommate which they do not have to pay rent? It is a verbal agreement for the roommate to stay there. The roommate does not have any bills in their name. It was a relationship which ended and now she needs to leave.

It sounds like you need to do an Unlawful detainer action. You can try to access soem forms online. Or, for a nominal fee, and attorney will assit you in drafting your documents. You may also choose to have them represent you in court. You may email me if you need a referral.
