Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri
I had a roommate move out before our contract was up, she left without paying for her pet deposit or her third of the deposit on the house. The rental company now needs the money and we, the current roommates, have to pay so that we do not get kicked out. The company can sue for the money, but they would be suing all of us. Could we take her to court and get her to pay for her fees?

You can sue the missing room mate for her contricution AFTER you have paid it. You could try to sue her to force her to apy beofre you pay, but the legal fees to be successful woudl probably outweigh the amount she is to pay.
Good luck
