Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Missouri

I have a Small Business and I am renting a building. Upon renting the space I was told that an unfinished storage room would be finished before I moved in. It was not and I was then told that the project would be completed shortly. I had all of my inspections and did not pass. The landlord promised to handle everything. Now 6 months later nothing is done. I have continued to pay rent. My question is what can I do and what should I do? I have a resale shop where I have a lot of donations in the store and my moving will cost me a great deal of time and money!

Please help!!!

It sounds like you are going to have to sue yrou landlord for breach of the rental agreement. The facts of these cses (and the specific language of the lease) affect teh outcome of these cases.
